Eligibility: Income-eligible families currently living in substandard housing who do not currently own property, do not qualify for other loans, and have not declared bankruptcy in the last two years. Must have a verifiable source of steady income and lived in county for at least one year. Down payment required.

Knox County Veterans Services Office

Services: Rent, deposit, utility, transportation and food assistance, as well as VA benefits.
