Housing Issues

If you are homeless and need emergency shelter due to fire or natural disaster:

Eligibility: Income-eligible families currently living in substandard housing, who do not currently own property, do not qualify for other loans, and have not declared bankruptcy in the last two years. Must have a verifiable source of steady income and lived in the county for at least one year. Down payment required.

Services: Affordable housing for low to moderate income families.
