Mission
Through partnership, guiding those in need to sustainable housing.
Vision
A community where everyone enjoys a safe, stable, and sustainable home.
Our Programs
At Licking County Coalition for Housing, we offer a range of programs aimed at supporting individuals and families in achieving stable and sustainable housing. Our Homelessness Prevention Programs provide financial assistance and supportive services to those at risk of homelessness, helping them maintain their current housing or secure more stable living arrangements. With our Rapid Rehousing Programs, we work to quickly rehouse individuals and families experiencing homelessness, providing short-term rental assistance, case management, and linkage to community resources. Through our Permanent Supportive Housing Program, we provide long-term housing and supportive services for individuals and families with disabilities who have experienced chronic homelessness. With these comprehensive programs, we are dedicated to addressing homelessness and housing instability in Licking County, empowering individuals and families to secure safe and stable housing.

LCCH began providing re-entry housing services through Returning Home Ohio (RHO) in 2015. Funded by the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) and the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, RHO is a program that is aimed at preventing homelessness and reducing recidivism for those who have been released from Ohio prisons with a severe and persistent mental health diagnosis.
The Community Transition Program (CTP) program is a temporary or longer-term program based on the SPDAT assessment which assesses your risk of homelessness. This program is specifically designed to meet the housing and services needs of individuals who have been diagnosed with substance use disorders and took specific classes while in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC). This program will collaborate with individuals who have been referred by ODRC and have been released within 120 days, towards finding housing and will provide case management to help tenants find the services that enable them to live as independently as possible. This program is a grant funded by OhioMHAS and the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH).
